My massage therapy practice began over 16 years ago; I could not have imagined that it would have evolved to include such diverse aspects! The four areas in this website are woven together from one common theme, vital currents.

Massage therapy is where my professional journey began. Through bodywork, we can experience directly the vital currents of our mind-body connection.

Teaching holistic health related courses is an exciting arena. In a collaborative learning environment, we can explore what helps to restore and maintain the vital currents that nourish our body and spirit.
